Chapter Eight
River couldn't control the urge to feel his lips upon hers. She loved him after all. Her hands went lovingly around his neck and she pecked his lip, in a light touch, her lips skimming his lips, experimentally.
He groaned and pulled her close to his body, while his mouth captured hers in a hungry kiss. It was a torrid and aggressive kiss, as his tongue possessively parted her mouth and plunged into her sweetness. His fingers went into her hair to position her head to make her receive his kiss fully. She moaned into his mouth and he deepened the kiss further till she too started kissing him back.
Her breasts were crushed to his hard muscular, bare chest. His hand went down to her hips as he pulled her onto his huge bulge poking through the towel into her.
River could feel a dull ache, a throbbing start deep down in her body. It was such an alien feeling, something which she never felt before.
He sucked her, bit her, devoured her relentlessly. His mouth trailed to her neck and started its sweet torture on her sweet spot. He bit and sucked, marking her as his. She moaned out his name and he suddenly stilled and raised his head and looked deep into her eyes.
"I don't think you're ready for anything else, River. I will lose my shit if we go any further, " he said, abruptly lowering her to the bed. He picked up his luggage and strode towards the door and disappeared, closing the door after him.
River sat like a statue replaying her first kiss over and over in her head. She never imagined in her wildest dreams that Tyler's one kiss would turn into an addiction leaving her craving for more.
Tyler returned back to his room and took a cold shower to get rid of his condition. If this went on surely he would die with blue balls. There was only one way that he could help this constant craving for River. He had to win her and make her his. The sooner he proceeded with it, the better it would be for his health, both mental and physical.
He couldn't sleep the whole night, getting wet dreams of River, which caused him to toss and turn on his bed. He devised different methods to get a kiss from River and sighed longingly. He couldn't wait for the morning to see the hickey on her neck that he gave her. At least he had marked her. Wouldn't Lucas get the shock of his life when he saw it today? Grinning at the thought, he went to sleep in the wee hours of the morning.
The next morning, Tyler had an inspection tour of all his hotels in the city. It would be very hectic and they would start at 9 o'clock in the morning. It was already 8 o'clock and there was no sign of Tyler. River was concerned. She took a shower and changed into a navy blue pencil skirt and a soft white top tying her hair up in a ponytail.
Their doorbell rang and she hurried out of her room to the door. The breakfast had arrived, yet there was no sign Tyler.
Worried, she went to his room. The door wasn't locked, to her surprise. She opened it and saw him sprawled on his bed, still asleep. The soft satin bed sheet was wrapped around his middle, while his bare torso was exposed and his bare legs stuck out.
God, please let him be clothed, she prayed as she went near him. She patted him on his shoulder lightly, "Tyler, wake up," she said shyly, trying to keep herself from ogling at his muscular back and thick legs.
He didn't stir at all. She rolled her eyes. God he was sleeping like a log. She had to shake him up.
"Tyler wake up," she yelled, going near him. In a split second Tyler's two arms picked her up and deposited her onto himself. She gasped with shock when her body touched his completely naked body.
She closed her eyes in embarrassment. This was the worst nightmare possible. "Tyler you're n n naked," she stammered, as she blushed to a deeper shade of beetroot.
"So? Don't tell me you haven't seen a male body before," he said, tightening his hold on her.
"No, I I actually. Well, let me go, you, you shameless creature, " she stammered out dumbly. Tyler laughed out loud, a deep happy rumble.
"You're mine and you will only see me. Open your eyes, River, " he ordered but she still kept her eyes shut.
"No please, you're my boss, " she said, nodding her head.
"Then I'll terminate your employment today and marry you instead," he whispered into her ear, nibbling it and sucking her neck, giving her another hickey. "Look at me, River." He checked the other side of her neck where he had given her a hickey yesterday. Yes it was there, clear and bright.
River was scared. He would marry her like he married Meredith? She opened her eyes and looked into his eyes,"No you can't do that, " she said in panic.
"I can and I will," he swore, picking her hand and placing it over his chest. "Feel that? It's beating only for you, " he said, staring at her face.
She checked him out discreetly. He was very well endowed and his sculpted body looked nothing short of a Greek God. She could feel his arousal against her as he held her on top of himself.
"Do you like what you see?" He asked and she again blushed.
"Let me go Tyler. Lucas will come any moment. We have to leave in fifteen minutes," she reminded him.
"I can cancel everything for you, River, " he said, looking at her piercingly.
River's eyes went wide at what he was hinting. "No, we have to work. We came here to do just that, remember?" she said in panic.
"I didn't, " he said with a smirk and she rolled her eyes at him.
The doorbell rang and she sprang up from him and ran out of the door. She went to open the door and saw a grinning Lucas standing outside, playing with his sunglasses.
His eyes popped out the moment he saw her. "Hey what happened to you? Did a bulldozer run over you? Or was it just my brother?" He asked, wiggling his eyebrows.
"Shut up and come inside. Sit and wait here. I'll fix myself and Tyler's showering, " she said, as her cheeks flushed bright red at the implication.
"Did I interrupt something juicy?" He asked with a naughty grin.
"No," she said and turned to go to her room when she heard Tyler shout, "Yes, you did," from his room.
These two! She rolled her eyes and hurried into her room.
