Chapter Five
"N n," he stopped her mid sentence with a smouldering kiss. He had been wanting to kiss her again and again since morning when he had his first taste of her. The whole day he thought about her curvy body in his arms. He himself was confused by this overwhelming need to be with her, to kiss her, to hold her in his arms, to make her burn for him just like he was burning for her. He never felt this way with any other girl and he was more puzzled by his state of helplessness. How could such an angelic girl with such innocent blue eyes turn him into such a starved soul?
He deepened the kiss as he moulded her body into his, tugging at her lips, sucking her mouth, tasting her like a drowning man. When she kissed him back for the first time, he was in the realms of heaven.
When his mouth left hers, she was more aroused than she'd ever been in her life. "Please say yes, Sera. I promise that I will make us work," he said earnestly.
His lips skimmed down her jaw to her neck. He sucked her sweet spot, his senses numbed by her sweet smell, her soft skin. His desires played havoc with his mind. "We are meant to be together, Sera. Can't you see it?" He whispered, sucking more, marking her possessively.
Sera was unable to speak, his mouth was driving her wild and all sense of right and wrong escaped from her mind. The park was relatively empty as Zachary kept on with his torture relentlessly in one corner under a large oak tree.
"Say, you'll be mine, Sera. You won't repent it, I promise," he said, relentlessly. He wanted her to say yes. Maybe once he had her, his state would normalise and he would be able to concentrate on his studies again.
"Ok," she said, giving up. She wanted a fairy tale life. Maybe he was the one for her? Maybe they would get married and live in Vegas forever. She could also connect with Carol here. Maybe that was what her destiny had in store for her. She felt much relaxed and happy after giving in to him.
Zachary couldn't believe his ears but he didn't ask her for a second time in case she changed her mind. He captured her mouth in a hungry, possessive kiss. He wanted to prove that from now onwards he was the only one who would get to kiss her. She was his.
Sera was lost in the smell of his cologne and his minty breath as he kissed her, devouring her mouth, not getting enough of her. She kissed him back too, feeling his soft, warm mouth, his hard body crushing her to himself.
"Will you go out with me tomorrow?" He asked and she nodded shyly. He held her tightly to himself, in his arms, savouring the feel of her body against his, moulding her curves against himself, feeling her soft rounded breasts crushed against his hard muscles. He pushed his arousal into her body, making her feel it against herself.
"See what you're doing to me?" He asked softly and she blushed crimson.
"I want to make love to you. You're driving me mad, Sera, " he whispered and she hid her face in his chest. She didn't know how to react to such words. She might be twenty but she wasn't used to these words. She was completely inexperienced where men were concerned.
"Let's go back, Zach. It's getting late," she said, softly.
"Say it again, baby," he whispered against her lips.
"What?" She asked.
"What did you call me just now?" He prompted again.
"Zach," she repeated and he grinned, giving a peck on her lips.
"I love it when you say my name," he said. They walked hand in hand back to the apartment. "Be ready at 4 o'clock in afternoon," he said, before leaving. Sera closed the door and went to her bedroom with a smile on her face. She dreamt of a happily ever after with Zachary and slept in a state of bliss.
The next morning, she found River, sipping coffee in the kitchen when she entered. She sat beside her with her own coffee. "Let's call Carol and check if her phone's switched off or not," said River and Sera agreed.
Thankfully her phone wasn't switched off this time and Maxwell Stephens picked up. They informed him about Stanley's threats and then asked about Carol. He assured them that Carol was happy with him but he didn't give the phone to Carol even once.
This made River angry and she threatened to file an FIR against Maxwell Stephens for abducting their friend Carol Spearman. A round of arguments followed and ultimately he disconnected the call.
She updated an anxious Sera about the conversation with Maxwell Stephens. "Should we file an FIR?" Asked Sera.
"Yes, we can wait today. If they don't return, we will file an FIR tomorrow," said River and Sera agreed.
They went to buy some groceries and ate lunch at a small cafe near the grocery mart. Coming back, River received a call from her friend Carmella.
She was invited by Carmella's parents for dinner at their house. "I don't want to go. Tyler and his wife will be there too," she wailed after disconnecting the call.
"Couldn't you make up an excuse?" Asked Sera.
"I couldn't think of any," she said, helplessly. "I can't say no to her parents. They love me very much," she informed Sera.
"Then there's no way out. Just bear it with a fake smile and get out the moment dinner is over," Sera suggested and River agreed.
"I'm going out with Zachary, " she informed her and River nodded. She went to her room to choose a dress for her dinner tonight.
Sera chose a simple white lace top and a pair of denims to wear for her date with Zachary. She curled her hair and left it untied. She was ready by 4 o'clock when the doorbell rang. Zachary stood outside, waiting for her. She yelled out to River to inform her that she was leaving and left with Zachary.
"Where are we going?" She asked him and he grinned at her.
"Surprise," he said as he drove his Ferrari to a huge mall.
"I don't want to go shopping, Zach, " she said, confused.
"Just wait and watch, babe," he said. They went up the elevator to a huge cineplex. Zachary had tickets for a movie and they went inside.
They were shown to the VIP section where they had full reclining, comfy seats. An assortment of drinks were served before the movie even began. Sera sat with wide eyes. She'd never seen such a mindblowing movie hall in her entire life. After some time the movie started and their seats dipped to give them a really comfortable movie experience. How time flew by Sera had no idea. During interval they were served assorted appetizers which she'd never tasted before.
By the time the movie was over it was evening. Sera was too tired to do anything else, so they bought dinner and went back to the apartment.
