Epilogue

Seven Months Later

Ryan and Georgia had announced their plans of getting married two weeks earlier and their family couldn't have been happier. With Adelaide already given birth to a baby girl and Rex too married, everyone was free to attend their wedding! Well! All except Rihanna who was a little occupied with a student of hers.

"Rihanna's student has an excessively hot uncle and we all think that he's whipped with Rihanna, " giggled Raine. Adelaide too agreed.

"Yeah, he can't seem to take his eyes off Anna. He always whisks her away on his stallion," said Renée.

"I'm sure he'll propose sometime soon," said Ember, who was Rex's wife. All the girls had bonded well with Georgia and updated her on all the latest gossip.

With the wedding coming up in five days, everyone was busy with the preparations. Their parents, grandparents, uncles and aunts stayed over with Russell and Rowland since their apartments were bigger while Ryan rented two more houses in their community to accommodate his cousins.

"Can we go shopping, please?" Asked Raine but no one seemed to be interested. Rhett, Sawyer had gone to get some alcohol. Rex and Ryan had gone to their hotel to check up with the preparations. Ryder had gone to meet his girl who was in town.

"No one? What's wrong with you guys?" Asked Raine with a pout. Ronald, her twin rolled his eyes at her.

"If you want to go so badly, suit yourself. The shopping mall's just five minutes from here," he shrugged, his eyes hooked onto his Playstation. Raine got up muttering curses at her twin. At eighteen, they still fought like they did when they were children.

Georgia and the girls were busy getting a manicure and a pedicure done and no one seemed to be interested to accompany her.

"We'll go tomorrow if we get the time. Join us Raine. Don't you need a pedicure?" Asked Adelaide but Raine waved her off.

"No, I'm not interested, " she said, whirling around to go. "Georgia, can I take your car?" She asked over her shoulder.

"Rhett has taken mine. There's only Ryan's motorcycle in the garage. Why don't you take a cab?" Suggested Georgia.

"I don't mind Ryan's motorcycle," said Raine. She checked the bowl and found only the motorcycle keys lying there. Picking it up, she walked out of the house, feeling excited and free.

"Be careful please," chorused the girls but Raine was out of earshot already. She went to the garage and gasped seeing her brother's motorcycle. She ran her fingers over the sleek machine admiring it immensely. She had ridden Ronald and Rhett's motorcycle many times in Fordsville but this wasn't Fordsville. This was Las Vegas and she was a little apprehensive.

Nevertheless, she fixed her helmet and rode out of the gated community towards the shopping mall two blocks away. She drove off loving the feel of the machine in her control. She knew if her older brothers were around, they would never have allowed her to go. Thankfully they weren't there to stop her! Then she would have missed this exhilarating experience! She picked up a little speed and just as she was about to go into the parking area of the shopping complex, her motorcycle skidded against a Mercedes which suddenly stopped ahead of her. Raine looked at the scratch that she had caused with dismay and groaned. 'What do I do? Should I back off and escape?' She thought. Having decided that, she backed away and was about to escape when the door of the car flew open.

Raine was paralyzed to the spot as a tall and sinfully gorgeous, suit-clad man emerged with an angry scowl on his face. Uh-oh! Raine's condition was like a deer caught in the headlights. She couldn't escape even if she wanted to. The man's angry gray eyes held her captive and like a fool, she waited for her punishment.

"Why ride a motorcycle when you can't handle one?" Asked the man furiously. Raine was furious hearing his accusation. She took out her helmet, her long chocolate brown hair cascaded down. Pulling her leather jacket tightly around her, she cast her mesmerizing green eyes on him, ready to burn him to ashes.

"Why drive a Mercedes when you don't know the traffic rules?" She gritted out angrily. The man looked taken aback, his handsome face sporting a frown.

"You need to pay for the damage," he seethed.

"F*ck off," Raine hissed, pulling on her helmet and riding off without a second glance at the man. She didn't need to go to the mall. What if the man pressed charges on her? She rode straight to Ryan's house, her heart beating fast with apprehension.

The next few days everyone was busy with the pre-wedding parties. First they enjoyed the bridal shower party with lots of singing, dancing and good food. They all showered Georgia with gifts. Russell had arranged for the event at the banquet hall of The Imperial. While the men were busy with Ryan's bachelor party at the bar and exclusive club of the hotel, the women enjoyed the event in their own way.

Raine however couldn't relax at all throughout the party as she saw glimpses of that hot Mercedes man everywhere she went. She knew that she was hallucinating out of fear since it wasn't feasible. Why would he hound her when he looked extremely well-off? She brushed off her fears and tried to enjoy her brother's wedding.

The next day the women had a spa party at Rowland's apartment while the men went to a golf club nearby to enjoy their own way. Georgia was pampered like a queen by the whole family and she couldn't believe that the Wilson's were so different from what she had imagined them to be.

Raine finished getting her treatment and walked out to the balcony to breathe in the fresh air of the evening. Her glance suddenly fell upon the same Mercedes that she had damaged parked right below her on the other side of the road. Blinking and rubbing her eyes with disbelief, she looked again. Nothing! She really was going crazy with these hallucinations!

Georgia's aunt and her family arrived the next day and they had a huge family dinner at Russell's house. They all chatted and got on well with each other, discussing the wedding preparations in detail. The food was awesome and  they all appreciated Janette's efforts although she was pregnant.

Ryan whisked Georgia off for a date amidst everything on the eve of their wedding. "Don't stay out till late," said aunt Katherine.

"Yes, aunt Kathy. I know the rules. We'll be back after dinner," promised Ryan. He drove her to their hotel where he had booked a private dining room for themselves. He wanted to spend a moment with her which wasn't possible at home with his family always being around.

They ordered the food and sat beside each other, waiting for the food to arrive and watching the lights all along the Strip. "I can't believe that after nearly a year of being together, we're finally getting married," said Ryan.

"I know. It feels like a dream come true, doesn't it?" She asked, feeling lost in the warm touch of his thumb stroking her hand.

"Yeah, I have a surprise for you after the wedding!" Said Ryan, barely able to suppress his excitement. He had thought of keeping it a secret from her but couldn't.

Georgia's eyes widened with disbelief. "I hate surprises. Please tell me," she said, curiously.

"Okay, give me a kiss first and I'll tell you," he bargained. Georgia obliged, kissing him on his cheek but he cupped her face and planted a kiss on her lips.

"I've got tickets to Paris. We're going to France for our honeymoon. What do you have to say to that?" He asked her, his eyes glittering with excitement. Georgia clasped her hands together and looked like she would faint with excitement.

"Wow! I'm so happy, Ryan. It's not because of going to Paris or buying a house or anything. I'm happy because I've found my love. I'm happy because I've found you. You're the greatest treasure that I have. You're the most precious person in my life, " she told him.

"I know, baby. So am I and I can promise you that I'll always cherish you as long as I live," he promised.

Georgia leaned on his shoulder releasing a soft sigh of contentment. She was happy with her life at last. She was happy with Ryan. She couldn't have asked for more. With Ryan by her side, she knew that she could face anything that life has in store for her. Ryan held her to himself as they looked forward to the most special day of their lives tomorrow and thereafter a new life together with each other, forever!
