"Let's taste something sweet to celebrate our engagement?" Liam asked her looking deep into her eyes. Lisa nodded looking towards the tray but strangely there were no dessert on it.

"Give me a kiss, that's all the sweetness I need," said Liam, holding her chin and compelling her to look at him. Before she could speak, Liam smashed his lips to hers in a hungry and passionate kiss. Lisa completely surrendered to him. She was his forever after all. She willingly opened her mouth to his hot tongue which immediately plunged into her sweet mouth. His arm tightened around her slipping to her hips, molding her to his body. Sparks of desire flared between the two and Lisa kissed him back too not getting enough of him. The kiss became hard and demanding as his hand trailed up at an agonizing pace from her hips to her waist and to the side of her breast, cupping it in the warm palm of his hand. "Show me Liam. I'm ready," whispered back Lisa. She loved him for life. She wanted everything with him. This was the beginning of their journey together and she knew that she was ready for it.

Liam was glad that she was ready. He wanted her and he couldn't control himself anymore. He gripped her waist with both hands and lifted her. Lisa wrapped her legs around his waist and he effortlessly carried her to one of the bedrooms. He lay her down on the bed and climbed over her, lying between her legs, supporting his weight on his elbows. Lisa was acutely aware of his growing hardness pressed against her between her legs. His hand touched her jawline and trailed to her lips, then went to her neck and back, unzipping the dress and easing it out of her, leaving her exposed in her pale pink lingerie. Liam had promised Laurence to drop Lisa home by 11 o'clock, so afterwards they freshened up and got dressed and fixed their appearances to go home.

"I don't want to let you go baby," said Liam as he parked his car in front of her house. They sat there holding hands for five minutes not wanting to let go of one another.

"Me neither," said Lisa with a sigh.

"A few more days and I will announce our wedding plans to your family, " said Liam and Lisa nodded. After a hot goodnight kiss, Liam released her and she walked out of his car and went home.

She felt giddy with happiness as she walked up to her room. She was happy that finally her life was shaping up exactly as she had wanted it to. She looked at Laurence and Arianna were sitting cuddled up in the entertainment room watching a movie together since the children were fast asleep. She too would now get her happily ever after just like them.

The next day a happy and excited Lisa went to Sofia's house to tell the good news. "You're engaged? I'm so happy for you, Lizzy," squealed Sofia and Victoria together and Lisa covered her ears.

"When's the wedding?" Asked Victoria excitedly.

"We'll decide after Liam's exams are over, " informed Lisa.  They planned their dresses for Lisa's wedding as well as checked out wedding dresses excitedly. 

"You know what? Let's go shopping," suggested Sofia and they all did a happy dance.

"Whoo, let's celebrate this girls," said Victoria excitedly. They all trooped into Sofia's car and drove to the nearest mall. After buying a few things, they decided to grab some pizzas at the food court.

"I need to pee," said Lisa,  rushing to the nearby washroom but there was a queue so she went to the washroom downstairs. She washed her hand and hurried outside. Suddenly a security guard came up to her.

"Your friends are waiting at the parking lot. There's an emergency at home. They asked me to inform you," he told them with a grave expression. Lisa panicked. What could have happened at home? She tried calling Sofia's number but it was busy. She tried Victoria's number as she hurried to the parking area. Her phone was switched off. Lisa was distraught with worry. Was it her home or Sofia's home where the emergency occurred? She had no idea. She was looking for Sofia's car in the parking lot when a pair of rough, heavy arms caught her and held a folded piece of cloth to her nose, blocking her mouth. Lisa was incapable of any movement. Her eyes drooped and her shoulders sagged as she felt herself losing her senses. She felt herself picked up and placed on the backseat of a truck but she couldn't find the strength in herself to call out for help. She completely lost consciousness and everything blacked out before her eyes.

Sofia and Victoria waited for an hour at the food court. "Why is she taking so long?" Asked Sofia when she disconnected the call from her boyfriend. She saw the missed call from Lisa and tried calling her but her phone was switched off. Victoria checked her phone.

"Oh darn it! My battery has drained out and the phone's switched off. I need a new one," she wailed. After trying repeatedly they went to the office room of the mall to make an announcement.

"If she hears it she would come down to meet us," said Victoria. Even after hearing the announcement when Lisa didn't arrive they called Laurence and informed him. It had been four hours and Lisa was still missing. Laurence called the police as well as Liam. The police immediately arrived and searched the entire mall but couldn't find Lisa. No one saw her. It seemed that she had disappeared into thin air. Sofia and Victoria sobbed as realization struck them. Liam slumped to the floor with shock as Laurence sat down beside him with an ashen face.

"What's going on bro? I need to know please," said Liam.
